Maria Manzil School is part of the Archdiocesan mission started as a joint venture by both Trivandrum and Delhi Archdioceses.
This Catholic mission is the brainchild of Late Archbishop Alan de Lastic of Delhi. It began as a joint venture of the Delhi and Trivandrum Archdioceses. The growing difficulties and unfamiliar ambience forced the Trivandrum Archdiocese to hand over the mission to the Archdiocese of Delhi.
This mission had the services of Fr. Gerald, Fr. George, Fr. Pancreatius, and the late Fr. John, all from the Trivandrum Archdiocese. They were proven missionaries and laid the path for Fr. Deepak Soreng of the Archdiocese of Delhi, who continues to serve as the priest-in-charge of the Catholic mission as well as the manager of the diocesan school, known as the House of Our Lady (MarManzil).
